Where are you located?

Our address is 15210-D Spring Cypress, Cypress, TX 77429 (corner of Spring Cypress and Huffmeister.) Come on in and check out our flowers and wide range of gift items! 

What are your hours?

Monday through Friday 9AM to 5 PM
Saturday 10AM to 5PM
We are closed on Sunday. 

Do you have a delivery fee?

Our minimum local delivery charge is $12.00.  Our local delivery area covers the Cypress and surrounding zip codes; 77429, 77433, 77070, 77095. 

Can I have flowers delivered outside the local area?

Of course! Expanded delivery area charges vary according to distance and are quoted on each order. 

Do you have same day delivery?

We can usually provide same day delivery on orders received before 12:00 noon. Occasionally, situations out of our control disrupt our delivery schedule- primarily weather conditions and funeral orders. Every order is important to us, we do our best to accommodate all of our customers. 

Do you deliver on Sunday?

We are closed and do not deliver on Sunday or National holidays.  The only exception is that we will occasionally deliver funeral arrangements, if Sunday delivery is requested by the funeral home. 

What’s the best way to care for cut flowers?

Keep all flowers out of direct sunlight in moderate temperatures and away from drafts.  If you received an arrangement, check the water level daily and top off if low.  Ice cubes are an easy way to add water to your arrangement. 

Will the flowers I want always be available?

Unfortunately, no.  Not all flowers are available year round, and it is possible for us to run out during major holidays like Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day.  If you are interested in one of our sample arrangements, we can recommend substitutions that will keep the look as close as possible. Otherwise, our floral professionals will be happy to let you know what types of flowers are in season and available when you call to customize your order. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes.  As long as the order has not been sent for delivery, we can make any changes or cancel the order.  Call as soon as possible at 281-373-3332 or 877-884-4387. Please keep in mind, changes may affect delivery time or date.

I don’t know what I want, what do I do?
