*What’s the personality of the recipient? Let us know their favorite colors, flowers, even pastimes or hobbies. Our floral professionals can then match the arrangement to the recipient’s personality type.  

*What’s the occasion? Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, wedding, or just for fun, we can make suggestions on the best way to celebrate the occasion with flowers. 

*What’s the setting? If you are selecting flowers for a particular event, or you know where they will be displayed, we can make suggestions that will best complement your environment.  We can even create something around your favorite containers or vases. 

* Are there specific colors or color themes? Think about whether you would like an arrangement of mixed flowers/ colors or a single color or type of flower.   

*Is there a budget? Knowing what you wish to spend can help our floral professionals recommend the best way to get the most for your money. Please have your credit card information available (name, card number, expiration date, security code and billing address.) We will also need your name and the best daytime phone number. 

*Where will the flowers be sent? Be sure to have the name, phone number, cell phone number and address of the recipient handy (include school or company name if applicable.)  You will also need to know what type of card or message you want to send with your gift.
